IT BUSINESS ANALYST

WORKING TIME

Full-time position at AMIT Group Joint Stock Company, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

LOCATION

Address: 07, 7C Street, An Phu - An Khanh Urban Area, An Phu Ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Participated in analyzing and understanding technical requirements of projects or systems, including functional analysis, processes, data flows, and user interfaces.
• Engaged in creating detailed requirement specifications to ensure clear and comprehensive descriptions for the development process.
• Communicated and interacted with customers, users, and other project development team members to grasp project requirements and related information.
• Assisted in designing test cases, conducted testing, and ensured the system met the established requirements.
• Evaluated current business processes, analyzed and proposed improvements or optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Supported the implementation of new systems and provided end-user training for efficient usage.
• Executed assigned tasks and contributed to the project development and deployment processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, data science, mathematics, or equivalent fields.
• Minimum of 1 year of practical experience in business analysis.
• Proficient in English, with the ability to work with international teams as an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of information technology.
• Understanding of data analysis methods and tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, etc.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies like Agile and project management methods like Scrum.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Problem-solving and time management skills.
• Independent and strong team player.
• Responsible and highly motivated.
